DAIRY FARM LODGE PODCAST
This truly iconic Signature Collection Garden © was created for a successful businessman and his family. They were looking for a place where they could relax by day and entertain by night. Their love of Provence in France is reflected in the simple yet elegant planting schemes. Hand-carved Indian stone walls are washed in bespoke colour-changing LEDs, as is the swimming pool and red cedar pool house. The acre of grounds also feature various spectacular olive groves, hand-picked specimens from Seville.

The architectural beauty of Huf Haus are legendary, and the property needed an equally impressive set of gardens. Looking down over Brownsea Island, the land drops away over nine metres. Using a series of smooth-rendered terrace walls, we ran a water wall from the top through four 'rain-chain' sluices into a rill at the bottom. With two floating hardwood decks, astonishing night lighting, a Betula utilis var. jacquemontii arboretum and colourful tropical planting, the gardens are now a match for the haus.
