Janine will only recommend those landscapers whom she has previously worked with and can show examples of their work. If required, Janine can prepare the drawings and documentation required to put the project out to tender for you and run the tender process. This entails the following: Preparing a detailed specification for the project Creating construction drawings for elements which need them Meeting the selected landscapers on site to discuss the project Helping the landscapers prepare their quotations Collating and analysing the quotes Discussing the quotes with the client and communicating decisions to the landscapers
